First of all, I think it pretty much made.my.year that we got an offer today on our previous house that's been up for sale since August! They accepted our counter offer and a done deal is in the works. It's such a huge relief, because I really did not want to go the rental route. This was mine and Michael's first house together and it has a lot of memories, but I've really been hoping for this "closure" that I feel will come from selling it (not to mention a HUGE financial burden lifted!). We spent two years designing and building our current house, which we've been in exactly 2 years now, and long story short, finally selling the other house. I wish I was more of a blogger when we were renovating the entire place back in March-April-May.
Here are some pictures taken by one of my best friends for our listing. She's an Architectural Photography Specialist for Image Arts Photography. Check out their real estate section here. If you have any real estate needs, this company is amazing. Seriously. Check out their website for before and afters...not to mention the pictures of our little 60's rambler renovation!

This house literally got overhauled head to toe -
I'm SO happy with how it turned out!
Here's a photo I found from a loooooonnggg time ago
when our 6 year old was an itty baby. :-(
They grow way too fast.
Oiy - those yellow counter tops drove me crazy! :-)
I like this much better.
I also have some big news coming up that will add to
what I am blogging about in the near future.
It's most definitely about family and homes!
I hope you have a fantastic weekend.
And get ready to be inundated with some fun product posts.
Yeah!
